What We've Been Up To!

Primrose Cottage Wedding Video – Roswell, GA

This Primrose Cottage Wedding was on a beautiful Spring day in April.  Rachel and Matt are a wonderful couple and I really enjoyed capturing their big day. I love seeing smiles and this wedding day was full of them!  Congratulations to Rachel and Matt!

Primrose Cottage is absolutely one of my favorite places to capture a wedding day.  The staff is incredible and the layout of the venue is perfect for ceremony/cocktail hour/reception with enough room where things aren’t cramped. Ravinia Wedding Video – Atlanta, GA

Katie and William’s wedding day was truly beautiful. It was held at the Ravinia, on a beautiful (and slightly warm) July day. From the moment I got there, I heard talk that this was Atlanta’s equivalent to the Royal Wedding since their names were William and Kate! I don’t know why I didn’t notice that before! Jennifer Lackey from Storybook Weddings was tremendous as always and she kept everything in perfect control. William and Kate have such a sincere love for each other that really shines through when you watch their Ravinia wedding video.

Happy New Year!

I’m always still so amazed at how fast time flies and that we’ve closed the 2010 chapter of our lives. By far, 2010 has been the busiest for me, thanks to so many brides who chose Creative Video Moments to create their wedding films. I’m so grateful for all of them because they allow me to do what I truly love doing.

I’ve got some big ideas and exciting things coming to Creative Video Moments this year. I’m still developing plans, but they’re coming along nicely. Ultimately, it’s about creating the best for my couples and these new plans will help make this happen. More details to come…

Stay warm and know that Spring is almost here already. Like I said before, time flies! :-)

Fall’s Coming!

Now that the harsh temperatures of Summer are fading, the mornings are particularly fresh and crisp. This is my favorite time of year, by far. In fact, I just went to the post office to ship off my latest wedding film and got a sudden craving for pumpkin pie (whipped cream is mandatory).

I’m staying busy and having fun editing lately. I had a record 7 weddings in August, several this month and another 7 booked for October. Even with this amount of weddings to edit, it’s still extremely fun, mostly because I get to be creative. All my wedding videos are different based on the personalities of the brides and grooms and what style they’re looking for. Thankfully, I can switch gears from very traditional to MTV style and everything in between!

Okay, back to editing and then take a little break at sunset to enjoy this beautiful weather! See you outside!

Happy July!

With July upon us, so is the Summer fun! I have to remind myself to stop my video editing every once in a while and go out and have some fun. I’ve been tremendously blessed this year with some amazing couples. We’re exactly half way into this year and I’ve just completed my 22nd wedding so far, and have already booked another 23 dates for the rest of this year! Even with my busy schedule, I still have some dates available throughout the rest of the year.

Another big milestone is that the wedding I shot on June 26th was my 100th wedding with Creative Video Moments. Not bad for just three years and two months! Thanks to all my couples who have relied on me to capture their big day and thanks to all the Atlanta wedding professionals who I’ve had the pleasure of working with along the way. Here’s to hundreds more!
